Peak Technologies (Booth B7219), a provider of digital supply chain and mobile workforce solutions, will exhibit its automated supply chain solutions and advanced machine vision at Modex 2024. The event will include ongoing demonstrations of the company’s 2D, 3D, and deep learning solutions in conjunction with Zebra’s EV7 & XV6 Vision Controllers, AltiZ 3D laser profiler, & Design Assistant software in Zebra Technologies’ booth B6623.

Supply chain experts at the Peak booth will help attendees discover how Peak’s digital solutions can help organizations become more efficient, more productive, and more competitive.  The company will show how advanced workforce automation solutions can empower productivity in any business, including: asset tracking & insights with RFID and RTLS, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), advanced workforce mobility, mobile computers and printers, end-to-end managed services, fixed industrial scanning & machine vision, warehouse labeling & floor striping solutions, and Peak Analytics platform with live Scan Tunnel demo.

Peak’s machine vision experts at the Zebra booth will help attendees discover how machine vision solutions can automate manufacturing inspections. Attendees will see advanced 2D, 3D, & deep learning solutions to automate their manufacturing processes and solve inspection challenges that traditional machine vision cannot.

Peak will have two machine vision demonstrations running simultaneously at Zebra’s booth.  First, see how easy it is to develop and deploy deep learning applications featuring Zebra Aurora Design Assistant software running on an XV6 vision controller.  Second, watch the Zebra AltiZ laser profiler capture 3D images used as input to our powerful String Reader tool for real-time OCR, eliminating deep learning training and saving extensive time.

“Our collaboration with Zebra Technologies during MODEX 2024 is an exciting opportunity to highlight how Peak Technologies and Zebra’s machine vision products work together to transform manufacturing operations.  When using Peak machine vision solutions, customers can automate inspections using a variety of technologies including 2D & 3D sensors plus deep learning,” said Dave Sexton, General Manager of Machine Vision at Peak Technologies.

Peak machine vision solutions are deployed in more than 300 sites across many industries including automotive, food & beverage, personal goods, and pharmaceutical.
