Without question, we’ve come through an extraordinary time in the supply chain from an HR perspective. Over the last several years, there was an unprecendented amount of hiring and musical chairs among supply chain managers who were much in demand. But the trick to winning the war on talent isn’t just hiring supply chain leaders but keeping them onboard.

That leads to a question: What is the level of employee satisfaction among supply chain professionals?

That was the question that Peerless Research Group and Butterfly.ai sought to answer for the NextGen2023 conference last October. It turns out, we’re a pretty happy group, but there are warning signs that should be addressed.

In this episode of Talking Materials Handling, Simon Rakosi, co-founder of Butterfly.ai, and Bob Trebilcock, review the survey results and discuss the positives as well as areas of concern that supply chain leaders may want to address.
