Associated to host Loyola’s Supply Chain Leadership Conference

Partnership with university to create a common platform for supply chain industry leaders and academics to exchange ideas.

Associated has been selected to host Loyola’s Supply chain Leadership Conference on August 6, 2014.

This is the first year for the event, which will bring together supply chain experts and professionals from a variety of backgrounds and industries to discuss today’s most pressing supply chain topics and featuring a broad array of educational sessions, product demonstrations, solution applications and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

“We are very excited about this opportunity to work with The Supply and Value Chain Center of the Quinlan School of Business of Loyola University Chicago,” said Mike Romano, president and CEO of Associated and Peach State Integrated Technologies. “We fully support and appreciate their goal to create a common platform where industry leaders and academics can exchange ideas and knowledge in the area of supply chain.”

“It is imperative for the academic community to have partners in Supply Chain like Associated that will enable us to continue to support the growing needs of the Chicago business community and beyond in the development of leading-edge strategies and real world solutions to problems relative to the management of the end-to-end supply chain,” said John A. Caltagirone, founding director, Supply and Value Chain Center, Quinlan School of Business. “We look forward to a continued partnership with Associated as our Supply and Value Chain Center grows.”
