During a press conference on Monday, Conveyco Technologies (Booth B2219) unveiled its LaboRxFIT six-step process.

Focusing on organizations’ core warehouse applications, the process enables users to identify, analyze, benchmark, engineer, implement and monitor labor utilization within their DC and warehouse operations. As a result of these six specific aspects, it enhances efficiencies considerably, as it allows users to eliminate, modify and improve labor requirements by up to 80%.

“By focusing on how an organization handles its labor utilization in key applications within their warehouses and DCs, LaboRxFIT allows users to find significant savings,” said Ray Cocozza, president of Conveyco.

The six-step process helps users reclaim a substantial amount of warehouses’ three largest labor consuming applications: order fulfillment and picking; box and case cutting and decanting; and packing and packout. For example, the process can reclaim up to 60% of labor in order picking, 80% in box cutting and decanting, and 55% in packing and packout applications.

“LaboRxFIT dramatically improves users’ labor efficiencies immediately,” Cocozza added. “And, just as importantly, it helps them remain highly efficient for the unforeseen future.”
