Industry night features awards and the comedy of Preacher Lawson

Come join MHI’s staff and Board of Governors at Industry Night with comedian Preacher Lawson tonight from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m., in Hall B’s Thomas Murphy Ballroom on Level 5 of the Georgia World Congress Center.

Tickets are available at Modex Attendee Registration between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you purchased the tickets online at modexshow.com, you can pick them up at the same location by presenting an e-mail confirmation. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the Material Handling Education Foundation Inc. (MHEFI).

The evening will also feature the presentation of the 2022 Innovation Awards in three categories: Best New Innovation, Best Innovation of an Existing Product, and Best Information Technology (IT) Innovation.

While enjoying beer, wine and heavy hors d’oeuvres, Industry Night attendees will be entertained by Preacher Lawson. In 2017, Lawson made a big splash on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” – making it to the final ten contestants and appearing on America’s Got Talent Live! in Las Vegas. After competing on America’s Got Talent: The Champions and the U.K. version, Preacher embarked on a successful comedy tour of his own. He continues to tour and post funny videos on his popular YouTube channel.
