Intelligrated expands management and sales team for Brazilian operations

New hires provide additional support for customers in South American markets.


Intelligrated, a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, has announced three new additions to its Brazilian office to enhance customer support and expand operations in the region.

Intelligrated appoints Eduardo Tedesco as general director, Ricardo Viana as senior sales engineer and Claudio Meirelles as operations manager. The new hires provide leadership, strategic direction, and expanded sales and management support for the company’s regional operations.

“Intelligrated invests in top talent to extend the company’s reach and position in the region. These executives bring extensive insight and material handling experience which supports our initiative to build a robust presence in Brazil,” said Bob Wilson, vice president, international division, Intelligrated. “Tedesco, Viana and Meirelles play a key role in our business development strategy as we continue to provide the best automated material handling systems and software to customers worldwide.”

With more than 20 years of experience managing international sales and engineering design teams, Tedesco is responsible for sales and operational strategies to expand business in Brazil. Before joining Intelligrated, he held business development and consulting roles for multinational technology and material handling firms. Tedesco holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry from Osvaldo Cruz University in São Paulo, Brazil.

Viana provides additional technical sales support for the region, bringing more than 15 years of sales and engineering experience in key vertical markets. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in strategic management from FACAMP in São Paulo and has completed professional development courses in Europe and the United States.

Drawing on more than 15 years of technical project management and engineering experience, Meirelles provides operational, financial and managerial support for the Brazilian office. He holds a degree in marine engineering with a focus on transportation and logistics from Universidade de São Paulo.
