Mallard Manufacturing (Booth S445) just added a new product, Extend-a-Rail, to its engineering applications product line. Extend-a-Rail answers the need for flexible, time-saving pallet staging and off-loading. This portable, extendable pallet lane can be moved wherever it’s needed for efficient, first-in/first-out (FIFO) pallet staging.

“We’re very excited about the results we’ve seen so far,” said Scott Liechty, director of business development. “Our customers who are using Extend-a-Rail for truck offloading and pallet-building have seen substantial time savings per truck using our new product.”

Ideal for dock staging, assembly and wave picking applications, Extend-a-Rail delivers measurable productivity improvements and labor savings by reducing travel time; from production line to storage area, dock to truck for order fulfillment, or truck to pallet for carton offloading and pallet building. When not in use, the Extend-a-Rail folds easily for compact storage.
