New Group CEO and CFO at Dematic


Ulf Henriksson, originally from Sweden, joins Dematic as new Group CEO effective immediately. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and has proven to consistently achieve strong results for global businesses. Ulf Henriksson previously was CEO of Invensys Plc, a global technology company. He successfully completed its turnaround in 2006 and transformed Invensys to a fast growing, profitable and capable technology company. Ulf Henriksson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s in engineering and has recently acted as senior advisor to TPG as well as a Board member of Hexagon AB. His earlier career saw him working in leading positions at Eaton Corporation, Honeywell, AlliedSignal and Volvo.

Further, current Group CFO Knut Michelberger has decided to retire. Rustom Jilla will succeed Knut Michelberger and join Dematic as Group CFO on April 16, 2013. Dematic thanks Knut Michelberger for his exceptional contributions and work for the company and wishes him all the best for his retirement.

Rustom Jilla is originally from Sri Lanka and has also lived in New Zealand and the United States. He will be joining Dematic from Australia’s Ansell Limited, a global health and safety protection solutions company, where he held the position of CFO. Being with Ansell since 2002, he played a key role in creating a corporate culture of teamwork, and achieving organic and acquisition driven sales and profit growth. Rustom Jilla is a Chartered Accountant (SL), Chartered Management Accountant (UK), holds an MBA degree from Wharton and has a track record of swiftly leading responses to major challenges and consistently meeting commitments. Prior to joining Ansell, he worked for PerkinElmer Inc. and The BOC Group Plc., in various M&A, Product Management and Finance leadership roles.

Interim CEO Glenn Fischer will return to being an Operating Partner with AEA and will continue to support Dematic with his experience and expertise as Dematic board member.
