Packaging: Storopack to open division in Brazil

The company's air cushion system and the paper pad system will initially be marketed. The introduction of the packaging system for smaller requirements is already in preparation.

Storopack, a global corporation specializing in protective packaging and headquartered in Metzingen (Germany), announced its establishment of business operations in Brazil, with the aim of serving the Brazilian market and other South American markets more effectively.

The Packaging Division not only offers protective packaging for flexible use such as air cushions (AIRplus and AIRmove), paper pads (PAPERplus), PU foam packaging systems (FOAMplus and FOAMmove) and loose fill cushioning materials (PELASPAN e PELASPAN BIO), but also system integration into customers’ packaging processes.

The air cushion system and the paper pad system will initially be marketed. The introduction of the packaging system for smaller requirements is already in preparation. With immediate effect, the corporation, which can look back on more than 50 years of experience in the market, will expand its presence in Brazil and other South American countries through the activities and services offered by the new site in Brazil. Future partnerships with dealers are currently being reviewed. Storopack’s own sales office and warehouse are the base for the activities on the Brazilian market and will ensure prompt supply to all customers.
