Wednesday’s keynote panel discussed significant industry trends from the new MHI 2016 Annual Industry Report, including hiring/retaining skilled workers; customer demand for faster response times, and customer demand for lower delivered costs.

Examining ways to use automation to increase speed and lower costs, including robots, were overarching insights from the panel.
