Join MHI’s staff and Board of Governors at Industry Night with comedian Craig Ferguson on Wednesday, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the McCormick Place South Grand Ballroom (S100). Tickets are $50 per guest, pre-paid at ProMat Attendee Registration on Level 3 of McCormick Place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Those who purchased their tickets at promatshow.com can pick them up at the same location by presenting an e-mail confirmation. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the Material Handling Education Foundation Inc. (MHEFI).

“Response from our previous Industry Nights has been phenomenal, and people really enjoy the opportunity to fit in some additional networking and have a few laughs off the show floor,” said George Prest, CEO of MHI. “Additionally, there’s a lot of excitement surrounding the awards presentations and the door prize drawing, which this year is a ‘Trip of a Lifetime’ luxury vacation package, valued at $30,000, to a location of the winner’s choosing.” (Official door prize rules can be found at promatshow.com/attendees/rules.)

The evening will also feature the presentation of the 2019 Innovation Awards in three categories: Best New Innovation, Best Innovation of an Existing Product and Best Information Technology (IT) Innovation. Separately, MHI will honor a supply chain professional and mentor with the 2019 Young Professionals Network Award.

In addition to enjoying beer, wine and heavy hors d’oeuvres, the featured entertainment for the evening will be from Craig Ferguson, best known as the host of the CBS late-night talk show, “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” The Scottish-American actor and comedian has also appeared on “The Drew Carey Show” and was the host both the syndicated game show “Celebrity Name Game,” for which he has won two Daytime Emmy Awards, and “Join or Die with Craig Ferguson” on the History Channel.

ProMat 2019 is scheduled to be held April 8-11 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. The tradeshow will showcase the latest manufacturing, distribution and supply chain solutions in the materials handling and logistics industry. Modern’s complete coverage of the show.
