Dean Stavraka brings 30 years of industry experience.

SI Systems, a subsidiary of Paragon Technologies, has announced that Dean Stavraka has joined the management team as Director of Business Development.

Stavraka’s career has included positions in the electronics, aerospace, automotive and manufacturing industries for such companies as Westinghouse, Curtiss-Wright, United Capital Corp. and White Systems. He has more than 30 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, technical sales administration, and corporate management.

John C. Molloy, CEO and president of SI Systems, said, “Our organization’s performance is a reflection of its people. Dean has participated in many long-term successes with me in the past and we are excited that Dean has joined SI Systems. He will be an integral part of our mission and understands how to achieve it.”

Stavraka’s most recent position was director of operations for Sapient Automation, a broad-based material handling company focused on automation and distribution. Within the material handling marketplace, Stavraka has managed multi-million dollar sales proposals and contracts, served as a product line manager for imported material handling equipment, and appointed as a project engineer for complex machinery installations.

Stavraka holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 1990, he was awarded a U.S. patent for an accessory used in electronics manufacturing.
