Signode demonstrates semi-automatic case sealer

This week, Signode (Booth B1411) is exhibiting the latest addition to its Little David case packaging lineup: the LDX-RTB Premier semi-automatic random case sealer.

Developed to help operations overcome the e-commerce industry’s various challenges—particularly concerning customers’ ever-increasing demands for faster product deliveries—the case sealer can process numerous case sizes and fill levels at very high speeds, reducing downtime.

“In addition to unmatched versatility, the case sealer has operator risk reduction features like a smart guarding system, thereby helping users remain as safe as possible while processing cases quickly,” said Drew Wenrich, case equipment sales and product manager at Signode.

To help users maintain their operations’ speeds and consistently meet customers’ demands, the LDX-RTB Premier holds two certifications for its electrical components. As an example of its electronic componentry’s capabilities, each certification has been provided by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory.

“We have enjoyed introducing this case sealer to our Modex booth visitors,” Wenrich said. “We can’t wait for them to experience its benefits at their DCs and warehouses.”
