During a press conference on Tuesday, Stoecklin Logistics Inc. (Booth C4878) announced its new group CEO, Juerg Frefel. A natural scientist and engineer, Frefel will be succeeding Urs Grütter, who led the company for roughly 30 years. Appointed this January, Frefel will especially be focused on supporting Stoecklin Logistics’ environmental efforts, as it strives to continuously achieve various sustainability initiatives—and diminish its CO2 footprint.
As Stoecklin Logistics celebrates its 90th year in business, Frefel is simultaneously focused on offering clients several solutions, each of which will help them achieve success in numerous ways. For instance, the company will enable them to retrofit their existing operations, leading to potential long-term success. At the same time, it will help them diminish their lead times and overhead costs, while achieving more advanced and consistent end-to-end order fulfillment solutions.
“I’m pleased to be the new group CEO of Stoecklin, as it’s backed by solution-oriented specialists and engineers that work every day to develop intelligent solutions under one roof—from end to end,” Frefel said. “From production and control, to planning, to our software, these solutions are future-proof for our customers’ growing needs, too.”
