Listen in as Rosemary Coates and Tom Cook explain the changing landscape around manufacturing and sourcing. Executive editor Bob Trebilcock hosts.

Reshoring – or bringing back production to North America or relocating it to friendly geographies - has been part of the discussion for almost two years. But the energy around reshoring, nearshoring and friend-shoring has only been amplified in the last few years, the result of trade wars, the pandemic and now political disruption on a global scale.

On this episode of Talking Materials Handling, the Reshoring Institute’s Rosemary Coates (reshoringinstitute.org/staff-member/rosemary-coates/) and Blue Tiger International’s Tom Cook (bluetigerintl.com/our-team), explain how the landscape is changing along with the challenges and benefits of moving your production and sourcing. And if you missed NextGen2023, Rosemary and Tom were among the presenters at last year’s event.
